If you make $30,000 of eligible purchases within the first 3 months of being approved of your Account, you will receive a $500 reward point bonus.

You will earn a reward of 5% cash back on the first $5,000 of eligible purchases (then 1% if you do not have weekly autopay set-up, or 2.25% if you have weekly autopay set-up) made at medical supply and equipment merchants every calendar year. If you do not have weekly autopay set-up, you will earn an unlimited 1% cash back reward of all other eligible purchases. In the event that you have set up weekly autopay, you will earn an unlimited 2.25% cash back reward on all other eligible purchases.
